Shipping & Delivery
- Schoolhouse Press typically processes and ships orders within two to three business days of receiving an order. Orders within the United States under $75 are usually shipped via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.); orders over $75 are usually shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are shipped first class through the postal service. International orders may take up to two to three weeks to arrive, even with first class service. For customers in the United States who would like faster delivery, add a comment to your order and we will email you with a quote for 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air through UPS.
Privacy & Security
- Schoolhouse Press takes your privacy and our own seriously. We do not sell or share the information of our customers, unless ordered to do so by law. Payments are made through secure, industry-standard payment gateway transactions systems. Your credit card information is encoded and not fully visible, even within your saved account.
Returns & Replacements
- Schoolhouse Press accepts returns of goods in saleable condition and will refund your money if the return is made within thirty days of your order. If the return occurs after thirty days, Schoolhouse Press will offer you store credit for the return of goods in saleable condition.
- Orders may be placed online through our Schoolhouse Press web site or called in to 800-968-5648. Shops may also email or fax orders if credit terms have already been established. Email email@example.com for more information about Schoolhouse Press wholesale or to set up your shop for future online ordering.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All forms of credit card are accepted for retail orders. Retail customers may also pay for goods by check. The goods will be sent once the check is cashed. Wholesalers may pay through check or credit card based on established terms.
- If you have set up an account, you will be able to view your past orders. Without an account, you need to request a copy of the order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
