Blog #11 Meg Swansen on I-Cord
I am pleased we are able to offer my I-Cord Gloves video in streaming format. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with I-Cord, below is a quick starter video to get you going. Bear with us; the video is grainy at one or two points as the camera likes to focus on the spring flowers. Good Knitting, Meg.

30January2026 - and after all the purchases of books and mags and pattern - I finally finished the knitting of my first BSJ and it is gorgeous! So grateful to your mom and to you. I'm doing an i-cord around the edge but haven't yet seamed the shoulders and don't know how to do the i-cord around. I might have to frog and start over, once the BSJ is together. I bought bought gorgeous buttons of various shapes and each button matches the different colors of the yarn that I did not purchase for the BSJ. LOL I'm enjoying everything - even the frogging. I have an all white BSJ in the works, just so I can see what the increases and decreases, etc. look like. When finished and seams done, I plan on weaving in different colors of yarns in such a way as to cause fringe because of the U - shape way it's woven in. Just a thought for the white BSJ, at this time.

Still afraid to start a BSJ, however.
